This special support plate with an earthing point under the support is intended to discharge a possible electric shock from overhead lines into the ground.
Nothing is more dangerous than working with a crane near highland lines, supply lines, house connection lines. Inattention and the vehicle and all persons involved can be fatally electrocuted. Most of the time, the vehicle starts to burn because the current is looking for the way to the ground via the tires. With our grounding point, the current is conducted directly into the ground via the support feet.
Dangerous dischargeand explosions are minimized.

By the way, support plates not only ensure that your cranes and machines stand securely, they also protect the possibly sensitive subsurface, thus preventing damage.
So you can reliably support even the heaviest device. A support plate 300 x 300 mm with a thickness of 30 mm for example weighs just 3.5 kg and offers a load capacity of up to & nup to 8 tons *. To make handling as easy as possible, simply use the integrated handles or chains.
Stamp plates and crane support plates from RZ-Handel prevent crane supports and swap bodies from sinking in. This protects the swap body supports from sinking into the forwarding yard.
Our support plates are also ideal for protecting road and road surfaces, as well as for crane and salvage work. Soil compaction and damage to land can be reliably prevented.

When manufacturing our support plates, we pay attention to the use of PAH-free plastics (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) and thus protect the groundwater and your health. Therefore, our support plates are also ideally suited for use in nature and water protection areas.
Despite the use of environmentally friendly materials, the support plates are resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and salt solutions, alcohols, oils, fats, waxes and many solvents.

The support surface and the thickness of the crane slab must always be adapted to the conditions found, if necessary, a floor report and a load statics must be created. The plates must be secured against slipping.
